Oh shnap! It's Rouge!
Yeah, another snapshot picture. This time it looks better! This is how I draw Rouge. I like her this way. A sweet desposistion, but underneath all that cuteness is a cunning and kaniving little sneak. X3 Also: I forgot to mention, because the Sega and the Archie Rouge has two different colored eyes, I made it so Rouge would have Heterochromia, a condition that makes one eye a different color from the other. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
